The Great Outdoors
The unmatched natural and historic beauty of the grounds is part of what sets the UVA Research Park apart from other research and office parks. Even after the Park is fully developed, 200 acres will remain undeveloped, preserving the property’s park-like feel.
Dabney Grove Pavilion, part of the property’s historic homestead, provides space for employees to picnic, host large outdoor events, or merely gaze at the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Wooded and paved walking trails meander throughout the Park, and a stocked fishing pond sits just off Edlich Drive for our tenants to enjoy.
